The following Terms of Use and Privacy Statement outline the rules for using Karmasangsthan as an employer. Once you agree to them, you must continue to follow these Terms every time you sign in. If there are changes to these Terms, you will need to accept the new version.

By using Karmasangsthan, you agree that the company or personal information you submit is your own, true, accurate, and up to date. You also agree that only authorized representatives of your organization will use this account, and you will not share sign-in details, including passwords and security answers, with anyone outside your team.

Representatives of Karmasangsthan and its partners may contact you to verify information or request additional documents. Karmasangsthan may send emails to notify you of changes that affect your use of services.

Eligibility

Karmasangsthan offers different types of accounts for employers. Each type has specific requirements.

• Anyone with an email address can create a Standard account.
• To create a Plus account, your organization must be:
• A registered business in Bangladesh;
• A foreign company with a valid branch office or work permit in Bangladesh.

Suspension of Use

Karmasangsthan may immediately suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Use;
• Your account is suspected of being compromised or accessed by unauthorized users.

Disclaimer

By using Karmasangsthan, you agree to use it at your own risk. Karmasangsthan is not responsible for any damages from using its services, including interactions with job seekers.

Details

Karmasangsthan and all its features are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". You use the website entirely at your own risk.

Karmasangsthan makes no warranties, express or implied, and disclaims liability for:

• Freedom from malware, viruses, or harmful components;
• Operations relying on Karmasangsthan;
• Accuracy, completeness, timeliness, quality, or fitness for purpose of information;
• Unavailability due to maintenance, upgrades, or events beyond control;

Privacy Statement

You agree to share company and personal information with Karmasangsthan to create a Standard or Plus account.

Your information will be protected under Bangladesh's privacy laws. Karmasangsthan will use it to provide services and may share with trusted government partners. It may also use data for research, evaluations, or improvements.

When accessing job seekers' profiles, you agree to use their information only for recruitment purposes, with their consent, and in compliance with privacy laws. Do not share job seekers' data with unauthorized parties.
